Jon has spent over 25 years of his career in the ICT Services & Engineering sector. In recent years, Jon successfully managed the sale of his IT services business of 13 years to a competitor. Jon was invited to undertake an exciting challenge in the engineering sector, where as part of a senior management team he oversaw several successful strategic acquisitions companies around the UK. Jon’s focus is the managing of F&M and the delivery of client projects. With Jons’ knowledge and expertise, he spends a lot of time researching and finding the right workable solutions for our clients so to meet technical specification and budget. Also, as CEO of 73 Group, Jon looks to future exciting plans of the group of companies whilst ensuring we deliver on a day-to-day basis.

Matt joined F&M in May 2024, having been in the Telecoms industry since 2014. Charged with driving the operational and service aspect of the business, Matt has a wealth of experience working at multiple layers of the Telecoms industry. Matt spends a lot of time working both internally and with customers to find the right solution for the needs of the customer, ensuring the customers journey is seamless from start to finish. In his spare time, Matt likes to spend time with his Wife and two daughters. You will often find him watching football and is a massive Birmingham City fan.

Sarah joined the company as an administrator in July 2024 and is very much looking forward to learning and growing with the company. She is originally from Bristol but settled in Gloucester back in 2011. Her career history is heavily admin based, beginning within a solicitor’s, moving into the optical industry and more recently a marketing agency specialising in SEO. Sarah also has a passion for photography and has historically ventured into outdoor portraits. Being a creative and practical person, this seamlessly translates into her working style. In her spare time you can usually find Sarah on wheels, whether that be skates, bike, or scooter. She favours the outdoors, walking, hiking or on water in a kayak or paddle board. She also enjoys watercolour and likes to paint in her spare time, seeking to improve her technique and skills.
